Anne Boleyn wasn’t a witch.

The ignorance of people living in England during the reign of Henry VIII elevated poor Anne to the rank of the evil witch, who plagued the unfortunate king with her witchcraft. Considering how the king was faithful to Anne (at first) and how he tried with all his might to marry her and elevate her to the rank of the queen, there was a suspicion in the souls of ordinary people that the king might have been bewitched by Anne Boleyn. After all, what else could explain the behavior of the King to the "little Boleyn"?

Also, for the sake of Anne, King Henry VIII went against the will of the pope, who did not permit to divorce his lawful wife Catherine of Aragon. On January 25, 1532, Henry and Anne secretly married. When the priest asked if the king had papal permission, Henry lied. In those days, the church and the state were united, and only the "evil spell" of the witch Boleyn could shake their unity.

Anne Boleyn was called the fiend of hell, she was credited with a connection with the Welsh witches, with whom she allegedly made a dark deal. Like, you will become the queen, but you will pay a terrible price for this. Ordinary people called Anne Boleyn "black witch" even though, according to historical sources, she was kind to people and did not skimp on donations.

In the minds of ordinary people, it was Anne who became the culprit of the death of Catherine of Aragon - the first wife of the king, Anne became the culprit of the troubles in the country, Anne was the culprit of the death of the adviser and friend of King Thomas More.

Hatred of Anne, fueled by those who were not happy with her exaltation at court, quickly turned into a weighty accusation of treason. But not only treason but also in witchcraft, treason and incestuous communication with her brother.

She bewitched the king, made him divorce the good and beautiful Catherine of Aragon. She lured the king in the net of heresy and deprived his pure soul of peace. It was even rumored that a family curse spread and that she had a sixth finger, two fused toes, membranes between her fingers, and her body was covered with huge moles that she hides.

Now all these accusations do not make sense and many believe that Anne was innocent and the accusations attributed to her only became an excuse to get rid of the Henry VIII problematic wife and to marry Jane Seymour again 11 days after the execution.
