Breakfast is the most... Okay, we know that you know that. But even knowing that, you usually don't have enough time to cook it, right?. We collect 5 simple recipes, ingredients for which you can find in your fridge, and the preparation time will take no more than 5 minutes.
1. Oatmeal with dried fruits
Heat ½ liter of milk in a small saucepan. Add 6 tablespoons of cereal and heat over medium flame till boiling. Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, reduce heat and cook for a couple of minutes.
At this time, chop a few berries of prunes and dried apricots, little nuts. Add them to the finished porridge along with butter.
2. Scrambled eggs in the bread
Use a knife, glass, or metal forming ring to make a round hole in the crumb of a piece of bread of your choice. Grease a skillet with butter and toast the bread (30 seconds on each side).
Then break an egg into the center of the bread, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs, and fry until the protein grabs. That's it! Enjoy your original fried eggs.
3. Omelet in tomato

In a blender bowl, combine ½ cup oatmeal, 150 g Greek yogurt, an egg, and half a ripe banana. Add ½ teaspoon each of baking powder and vanillin. Whisk. If it turns out to be thin, add 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal and stir again.
Bake the pancakes in a well-heated skillet with oil. Serve prepared pancakes with fresh or frozen berries.
