  1. Wake up your brain. Almost every average person's morning begins with a coffee at home and another (three) at work. Besides, by completing them all, you can be proud of yourself. If you do not have time for something, do not blame yourself, but transfer the case to the first place on your next day list.
  4. Find what inspires you. Inspiration is more likely to get you out of bed than even the strongest coffee. Perhaps you'll find your motivation in some motivational videos, or soon meet with a friend or morning meditation. Regardless of which one suits you, the result is the same - you will have the strength to work harder.
  5. Make a budget for the day and take with you exactly as much money as you plan to spend. It will help you to revise your financial habits and protect you from thoughtless, impulsive purchases.
  6. Plan your weekend. We make adjustments to our plans every day, so planning a weekend every day will help you spend your vacation as pleasant as possible. If you planned a weekend picnic on Monday, and on Thursday you found out it will be raining, you still have time to change plans and not get upset.
  7. Be grateful. Proven that appreciation brings huge benefits to a person, as increased productivity, happiness, reduced stress, etc. Yes, it sounds a little abstract, but the morning "5 minutes of gratitude" will be able to supply you with internal energy for the whole day.
  8. Pay due attention to breakfast. Breakfast is called the most important meal for a reason. It gives us the initial energy and productivity right until lunch.
